This weeks dish is Lamb Madras. It might sound complicated but it really isn’t. Simply marinade the spices with the meat for 24 hours and then cook it like a casserole. It's that simple #iamtellingyou

Here are a few important tips:

  • Marinade the meat for at least 24 hrs
  • Be sure you marinade it in a cooking pot that can be put straight on the stove
  • Sit back and watch your dish cook!
