RECIPE OF THE WEEK: CHICKEN CURRY

Welcome to Recipe of The Week where I'll share a few more details about one of the dishes you'll find in the Cooking Guide each week.

 

This weeks dish is Chicken Curry.  A classic curry and one of the most loved dishes but actually one of the easiest to make.   Cooks in one hour with only 25 mins prep time.

 

A real traditional curry that can be enjoyed with rice or fresh uncut bread.

 

 

Here are a couple of tips:

  • If you want a smoother texture for the sauce, dice the onions smaller
  • Cook it the night before, this will increase the wonderful flavors
