This weeks dish is Garbanzo Bean Curry (otherwise known as Chana Masala). This is a classic recipe, and a real party dish packed with rich flavors of fresh ginger and tomato to complement the texture of the Garbanzo.
Like all my dishes, the key is getting the prep ready and then its a really simple, quick dish to cook.
My family land I love to eat this dish with cous cous. It really pairs very well and offers almost a Moroccan feeling.
