This weeks recipe of the week is Broccoli & Onion Curry.  A super tasty and nutritious dish.

People are often surprised when I talk about this recipe. I guess Broccoli isn’t something most people think of when they think about Indian food. 

Well, its time to change that! Broccoli is packed full of iron and transforms into a powerhouse with these simple spices, complemented with the texture of the onions. 

This recipe works great as a main or as a side dish with a meat or seafood dish.

 

Helpful Tip:

If you fancy a hearty and healthy winter soup, why not cook the dish and then blend it in a food processor with a little water and make it into a delicious soup ready for these chilly days ahead.
