Welcome to the first Recipe of The Week where I'll share a few more details about one of the dishes you'll find in the Cooking Guide each week.
This weeks dish is a South Indian inspired Fish Curry that's packed full of citrus and coconut flavors. I've cooked this dish with many types of fish and it's safe to say it works best with meaty fish - Cod or Tilapia works great but I personally prefer cooking it with Sea Bass.

I find it hard to believe that after a year of working on Kitchen Curry Master, I finally get to launch tomorrow.
It's been an amazing journey... writing, testing recipes, filming, designing, manufacturing and even creating this website. I have so many people to thank for all their love and support from all over the world and I am truly blessed to be surrounded by so many amazing people.
Now I get to show everyone how easy it is to make Indian food and hopefully inspire home cooks everywhere to experiment and share their cooking. I simply cannot wait to see how people make Kitchen Curry Master their own.
As inspiration, below is a picture that my daughter (who turns seven this week) created. I love the plural 'Masters' she gets the idea that this is not about me - it's about everybody that gets involved in the real curry revolution!
