Cilantro and Mint Yogurt SAUCE (Raita)
A clean, cool and refreshing sauce to complement many dishes

THINGS YOU NEED:

2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup grated cucumber
½ teaspoon mint (fresh or jelly)
½ teaspoon salt
1 handful fresh cilantro

ESSENTIAL PREPARATION:

  • Lightly chop the cilantro
  • If using fresh mint finely chop the mint
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a serving bowl!
